How to Use
To prepare the TVP Natural Chunks, rehydrate them before cooking. Soak the chunks in hot water or vegetable stock for 10-15 minutes until they have fully expanded (use a ratio of roughly 1 cup TVP to 7/8 cups stock). Once expanded and the liquid is absorbed, the TVP is ready to be added to stir-fries, curries, or other recipes and cooked until warmed through completely.
