Returns & Refunds

Yachew offers a 30 day return policy, this period will expire 30 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise with you delivery then these need to be reported to us immediately so that we can investigate.

We will issue the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

How do I arrange a return?

Before attempting to return an order you will need to contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number. Without this number it can be difficult to process your return, meaning that the process may take longer.

We will need to know:

1) ORDER NUMBER (#YAC)

2) ITEM

3) RETURN REASON

Yachew will issue FREE prepaid return labels and a refund, or replacement (if possible) in the following circumstances:

  • If the products never arrives
  • Damaged on arrival
  • Faulty manufacturing 
  • Customer change of mind
  • Incorrect product (warehouse error)

We will issue the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction within 7 days unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Store Credit

As a good will gesture we may sometimes provide a store credit in the form of a Gift Card which will be assigned to your account and can be used freely on our website and expire within 10 years.
