All orders are shipped from our warehouse address located at
Yachew LTD, Unit 45, Parkhall Business Village, Park Hall Rd, Stoke-On-Trent, United Kingdom.
The majority of our in-stock items are dispatched same-day if received before 2pm Monday-Friday (excl. Bank Holidays), all other orders will be dispatched within 3-4 Working Days depending on how busy the warehouse is.
Please note that our warehouse is closed on Bank Holidays and we do not dispatch orders on these days.
For baskets under £20 delivery starts at £1.99.
Standard Delivery - FREE over £20 - Your order would be expected to arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch. Non-Tracked. We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries and use DPD for larger shipments.
If your order is being delivered within the EU, please be aware we have signed up to the EU’s Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS).
Since 1st July 2021, no additional VAT fees should be paid for the delivery of parcels in Europe under 150 Euros.
Europe - FREE over €27.95 - Your order would be expected to arrive within 5-7 working days after dispatch. Non-Tracked. We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries and use DPD for larger shipments.
United States - FREE - Your order would be expected to arrive within 7-14 working days after dispatch. Non-Tracked. We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries and use DPD for larger shipments.
Canada - FREE over $39.00 - Your order would be expected to arrive within 7-14 working days after dispatch. Non-Tracked. We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries and use DPD for larger shipments.
You can cancel or amend any order before it is dispatched, please contact us and we will assist you further.
Yachew offers a 30 day return policy, this period will expire 30 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise with you delivery then these need to be reported to us immediately so that we can investigate.
We will issue the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
How do I arrange a return?
Before attempting to return an order you will need to contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number. Without this number it can be difficult to process your return, meaning that the process may take longer.

We will need to know:
1) Your order number.
2) The item you want to return
3) The reason for return.
After receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process a refund back to the original payment method used to purchase the item.
Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
Once received into our warehouse, we will endeavour to process your return within 7 working days and process a refund accordingly.
Will you refund my postage costs to return an item?
We are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance:
- If we sent you the wrong item
- If the item is damaged or faulty
We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required.
