If your order is being delivered within the EU then any order under 150 Euros is eligible for the EU's Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). No additional VAT or customs fees should be charged to the customer for parcels within Europe. In the odd case and if customs have made a mistake and you are charged, please contact us and we will of course remedy the situation.
If your order is outside of the UK and EU, then your order may be subject to additional charges, taxes or customs duties in the destination country. Any charges are to be paid by the customer and we cannot be responsible for any delays that may occur because of customs clearance.
Our website is constantly updating and we cannot guarantee prices on a particular product. We have many supply partners and our stock and costs may change on a daily basis.

During our checkout process, you'll be given the chance to sign in our check out as a guest. If you do not create an account you will not able to view previous orders or see the current status of your order.
Unfortunately in some circumstances there may be some discrepancies from our stock locations and local supplier partners. If an item is no longer available and replacement stock is not available at our suppliers we may cancel and refund your order.
We aim to dispatch pre-order items in enough time so that customers receive them on the date advertised on release (UK only).
If there are troubles with supply at the supplier level that are outside of our control then we ship your order as soon as the stock is received.
We will endeavour to dispatch items as soon as they're available or you are free to ask for a refund. If you are outside of the United Kingdom it is very unlikely that you will receive pre-orders in time for the release date due to shipping time constraints but we will dispatch your order as soon as possible.
Please note all our DVD's are supplied from the UK and are Region Two so will only work in the following countries unless you have a Region Free DVD Player.

The majority of Blu-rays are Region Free and will work in all countries
