Ideal for use in espresso machines and other tamped coffee makers, simply use 18–20 grams for a double shot, tamp evenly, and extract at 9 bars of pressure for 25–30 seconds for the perfect espresso. Manufactured by illycaffè S.p.A., Trieste, Italy, and imported in the UK by illycaffè UK Limited.
