FEEBLE LITTLE HORSE - BITKNOT [White Vinyl]

FEEBLE LITTLE HORSE presents bitknot, an Alternative Rock LP that serves as a spirited investigation into the unnatural space between human nature and a culture of convenience. This synthesis of dirt and digital creates a unique language aiming to re-imbue a sanctity of interdependence away from consumptive self-sufficiency and materialism.

Album Creation and Sound

The album was written, arranged, produced, and recorded by Sebastian Kinsler, Lydia Slocum, and Jake Kelley across their respective homes in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Slocum's meandering introspection playfully harmonizes against Kinsler's hooks, walls of noise, and a supercharged car battery's worth of synths and samples dropped into the ocean of their guitar-driven songwriting framework. Jake Kelley contributes laser-focused drums, creating a sonic chimera that feels both nascently developing from the early aughts and indicative of an unknown, chromatic future.
