Dry Cleaning - Secret Love [Audio CD]

Dry Cleaning returns with Secret Love, their highly anticipated third studio album, masterfully produced by Cate Le Bon. This release showcases the profound creative friendships within the south London four-piece—frontperson Florence Shaw, guitarist Tom Dowse, drummer Nick Buxton, and bassist Lewis Maynard—solidifying their place in rock’s avant-garde.

Secret Love blends influences ranging from the Reaganite paranoia of early 80s US punk and hardcore, the dry strut of Keith Richards, stoner rock, and playful no wave, all underpinned by Florence Shaw’s distinctive, meticulously calibrated spoken-word delivery, linking her to artists like Laurie Anderson and Sue Tompkins.
