A Better Tomorrow Trilogy Limited Edition Blu-ray

In 1986, the collaboration between producer Tsui Hark and director John Woo on A Better Tomorrow launched the revolutionary “heroic bloodshed” film genre and cemented Woo as a master of action cinema. This magnificent crime trilogy, featuring iconic performances from Chow Yun-Fat, Leslie Cheung, and Ti Lung, is presented here in glorious new restorations, fully loaded with new and archival extras.

The trilogy includes the original film where money-launderer Ho (Ti Lung) and his friend Mark (Chow Yun-Fat) confront their triad boss; the sequel where the brothers unite against another gang; and the prequel, A Better Tomorrow III: Love & Death in Saigon, focusing on Mark’s past during the final days of the Vietnam War.
