Customisable Spritz Recipe

Simply swap in your flavour of choice!

20ml MONIN syrup of your choice

120ml prosecco or sparkling white wine

60ml soda water

Pour all ingredients into a large wine glass filled with ice cubes. Stir gently to combine and garnish with a citrus slice.

What flavours work well?

Citrus; lemon, orange, lime, tangerine

Fruity; apricot, blackberry, cherry, kiwi, mango, lychee, passion fruit, peach, pear, raspberry

Floral; elderflower, hibiscus, jasmine, lavender, rose, violet

Herbal; basil, cucumber, lemongrass

Flavoured G&T recipe

Forget buying flavoured gins, simply pair your London Dry Gin with 20ml of any of our syrups for a twist on the classic G&T.

Recipe:

20ml MONIN syrup of your choice

50ml London Dry Gin

150ml Indian tonic water

Add all the ingredients to a highball glass, making sure to incorporate the syrup throughout the drink. Fill with ice cubes and garnish with a slice of citrus or complementary herb.

Try with Raspberry, Tangerine, Basil, Passion Fruit, Lychee, or any of our fruity, citrusy, herbaceous or floral flavours for a delicious, refreshing serve.

Flavoured Iced Tea Recipe

MONIN syrups pair exceptionally well with MONIN White Tea concentrate for a delicious flavoured handcrafted iced tea at home. Use the below recipe and simply choose your MONIN flavour.

30ml MONIN White Tea concentrate

10ml MONIN syrup flavour of choice

150ml still or sparkling water
