The Corruptor [4K UHD Blu-ray]

NYPD Lieutenant Nick Chen (Chow Yun-Fat) leads the Asian Gang Unit in Manhattan’s Chinatown, secretly entangled with local triads. His world is upended when an idealistic rookie detective, Danny Wallace (Mark Wahlberg), becomes his partner. The two are quickly immersed in a brutal turf war between established Tong factions and the upstart Fukienese Dragons.

Directed by James Foley, this stylish action thriller features breathtaking cinematography and spectacular action sequences, including a superbly choreographed car chase through the streets of Chinatown. The film culminates in violent confrontations that force Chen and Wallace to confront the blurred line between cop and criminal, choosing between survival, loyalty, and the badge.
